It started with a leadership meeting about flexibility.
The message was clear:
“We need to be more agile.”
Heads nodded.
Slides appeared.
Then came the follow-up:
“So let’s finalize the roadmap through next year.”
Dates filled the screen. Dependencies stacked. Approvals lined up in sequence.
By the end, we had an “agile” plan: fixed, detailed, immovable.
